The Fullness in Christ - Part 3

As we continue discussing the fruit of the Spirit, let's go to Ephesians 5:9-10. The Word says 'For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth; proving what is acceptable unto the Lord.' TPT says 'And the supernatural fruits of His light (Spirit) will be seen in you - goodness, righteousness, and truth. Then you will learn to choose what is beautiful to our Lord.' Notice that it says 'the supernatural fruits of His Spirit will be seen in you?' This will be evidence that you are walking with the Lord according to what the Word of God says and under the direction of the Holy Spirit. It's why it is called the fruit of the Spirit. Let's look at the fruit of the Spirit found in Galatians 5:22-23 in TPT. 'But the fruit produced by the Holy Spirit within you is divine love in all its varied expressions: joy that overflows, peace that subdues, patience that endures; kindness in action, a life full of virtue, faith that prevails, gentleness of heart, and strength of spirit. Never set the law above these qualities, for they are meant to be limitless.' Glory to God! These fruit will be evident in a believers life that has been surrendered to the Lord Jesus Christ, and submitted to the Holy Spirt's leading and direction. Remember, the Holy Spirit is our teacher, our comforter, our intercessor, our standby, our guide, our helper, and will also show us things to come. He has been sent to us by the Father to help us in every situation and to reflect the love of the Father to each and every person we come in contact with. Tomorrow, we will continue this discussion by going to Galatians 5:24-25. Be blessed!
