Learn to Worship

Psalm 92:1-4 (TPT) says 'It's so enjoyable to come before you with uncontainable praises spilling from our hearts! How we love to sing our praises over and over to you, to the matchless God, high and exalted over all! At each and every sunrise we will be thanking your for your kindness and your love. As the sun sets and all through the night, we will keep proclaiming, "You are so faithful!" Melodies of praise will fill the air as every musical instrument, joined with every heart, overflows with worship. No wonder I'm so glad; I can't keep it in! Lord, I'm shouting with glee over all you've done, for all you've done for me!' Have you ever been in a tough situation, and you just decided that you were just going to worship the Lord? Did you notice that it didn't take long for the atmosphere to change around you? God inhabits the praises of His people! When you praise the Lord, the glory comes down and changes everything! You are so focused on God that you don't even care what is going on. You are supposed to cast your care over on the Lord anyway, so why carry something that He wants to take care of for you? He desires to be with you, so do what it says in 1 Peter 5:6-7; 'Therefore humble yourselves under the mighty hand of God, that He may exalt you in due time, casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.' It doesn't mean that I ignore the issues; it just means that I am not going to deal with them. Half of my problems I don't want to handle and the other half I can't handle them! God has them and He will direct what needs to be done. I just want to worship Jesus! He has done great things for me and bless God, I don't have a care in the world! I trust Him and feed on His faithfulness. It allows more time for fellowship between me and the Lord Jesus Christ! Learn to worship! Give the Lord your all and just give Him praise!
