A New Life in Christ - Part 2

God loved us so much that He already planned for redeeming us before He even created us. Ephesians 1:3-6 (TPT) says 'Every spiritual blessing in the heavenly realm has already been lavished upon us as a love gift from our wonderful Heavenly Father, the Father of our Lord Jesus - all because He sees us wrapped into Christ. This is why we celebrate Him with all our hearts! And He chose us to be His very own, joining us to Himself even before He laid the foundation of the universe! Because of His great love, He ordained us, so that we would be seen as holy in His eyes with an unstained innocence. For it was always in His perfect plan to adopt us as His delightful children, through our union with Jesus, the Anointed One, so that His tremendous love that cascades over us would glorify His grace - for the same love He has for His Beloved One, Jesus, He has for us. And this unfolding plan brings Him great pleasure!' That is some very powerful scriptures. Notice, the Word says that God the Father has the same love for us as He has for Jesus? Isn't that amazing? God the Father loves the world that much as well. Jesus said in John 17:23 'I in them, and You in Me; that they may be made perfect in one, and that the world may know that You have sent Me, and have loved them as You have loved Me.' Who is them? The world. Remember John 3:16 'For God so loved the world...?' God loves us just as much as He loves Jesus! That should make you shout for joy right there. There is nothing you have done that God cannot forgive you for. 2 Corinthians 5:19 says 'that is, that God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not imputing their trespasses to them, and had committed to us the word of reconciliation.' If you will come to Jesus and ask the Father to forgive you of your sins; then God the Father will forgive your sins, and the blood of Christ will wash away every stain and make you white as snow. You will have a new life in Christ!
